Delivery Terms  

Beslag Online offers a number of different shipping options. Below we list the shipping methods with price, expected delivery time and links to detailed terms and conditions with each freight forwarder. To offer the best packaging solution and fast deliveries, your order can be shipped in two or more packages. This is then stated in the tracking link you receive in your delivery confirmation. You can always track your shipments via the shipper's website. This also applies to orders where parts of the order are not in stock and must be ordered from the supplier, in which case you will receive several deliveries. The delivery time is based on the products you have ordered, in our webshop an approximate delivery time for each product is displayed. It is the delivery time that applies unless otherwise stated.

Pick-up from agents

When you pick up a package from a representative, you need a valid ID, as well as the number you received in your e-mail or SMS notification. The package is at the agent or in the store for 14 days, if not collected in time the package is returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to charge the cost of shipping and handling if the package is not collected, read more about our terms and conditions.

The delivery times specified at the respective shipping companies below apply from having received and registered your order (we process your order the first working day after your order). We always have free shipping over £49.
